My approach is evidence-based, responsive and gentle. I have a family-centred holistic view and use gentle methods that do not involve leaving your child to cry, but gradually work towards making positive changes whilst looking for the cause of your child's sleep issues.

Whilst working with me I can offer you my knowledge, encouragement, support and reassurance to work towards your sleep goals.

I understand that you may be anxious about working on your child's sleep and making changes. You are exhausted, sleep deprived and worried that you may not be able to commit and it will be too challenging. I want to reassure you that you are not alone and many parents feel this way. I am going to provide you with a step by step guide to follow and be with you every day, to support you to reach your goals and finally get the sleep you need.

Each support package  is bespoke and tailored to suit your child. If you are unsure which package would be best, I am happy to talk you through the options and how I work before booking. I never recommend cry it out or controlled crying, all techniques are responsive, loving and personalised for your child.

Home visits are available. I am based in North Hertfordshire.

 

Packages include:

  • Analysis of in-depth questionnaire that will be filled in before the consultation

  • Analysis of sleep/feeding logs to complete over 3 days and nights before consultation *

  • A 60-90 minute consultation (home or video, depending on location. Video only for DIY package)

  • Advice on day and night routines, feeding, nutrition, behaviour, any health issues that may be affecting sleep, sleep environment

  • A detailed step by step sleep guide 

  • Daily WhatsApp support *

  • Phone calls as and when needed *

  • You have an option to book now or book in an initial call below
